Booking Policy
The following client forms must be filled out and submitted atleast 24 hrs in advance with an attached subject "Massage" to alphamedicallomi@gmail.com before your booked massage appointment.
Patients/clients who have traveled within or outside the country for the last three weeks and are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or any medical conditions that are highly contagious (such as fever, colds cough, virus, skin disease,monkeypox etc.) are prohibited from scheduling a massage. Please seek your medical doctor's clearance prior to booking your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Atleast 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment free of charge. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Failure to give atleast 24 hrs notice before the appointment will be charged the full amount of the booked massage.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please click here or send a cancellation with subject "appointment cancellation" notice to alphamedicallomi@gmail.com stating your full name and date of cancellation and a brief note regarding the reason for cancellation.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for the full amount of their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrived 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
